:( Gained 1/2 pound as of Saturday AM. I'm wondering if it's muscle weight though, because I definately still notice a difference in my clothing.
103.2 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 30.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
