Decided to weigh myself every day, same time, same outfit. Could be the reason for the big weight loss. It was in the morning after my coffee and meds. The next few days will tell how I'm really doing. I have only been eating two meals a day like I always did. I never ate much just tooooooooo many carbs.
128.7 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 63.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
