UGH!!!! Such a tiny loss this week. I'm telling myself it's due to the extensive spring cleaning I did that gave me such a work out...keep repeating "Muscle weighs more than fat, muscle weighs more than fat." But I will not be deterred...onward and upward.
110.9 kg Lost so far: 21.2 kg.    Still to go: 29.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It is a fine loss - and, muscle does not weigh more than fat - it is more dense though so use a measuring tape and I bet you will see inches lost!
