I am back to resistance training 6 days a week! I am a personal trainer but had hurt my shoulder but now fully healed! I also went to ecuador and was unable to find a gym to exercise in until the very end of my trip there.
82.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
