I too was like you and needed to eat before bed or I could not get to sleep due to hunger. Since cutting my carbs down below 25g a day, I not only am less hungry but don't have the cravings that I did before. My Husband and I are following an Atkins based diet and it is going very well. just an FYI. You are on the right path here, I wish you well!!

Thanks Kelly :) Thought I would do a quick check-in before heading out to the gym. WOW, I don't know if I could give up carbs like you, I think I would sooner give up my partner than carbs. LOL!! Right now I am just trying to workout and make more healthy eating decisions. However, I think I will start to pay more attention to my carb intake. Wishing all a FANTASTIC weekend. :)
