At 240 lbs I'm currently the highest weight i've been in years...my highest was 264 but the past several years i was staying between the 205-220 mark. Last year was a very difficult one for me, life can be tough and as a result of my trials i turned to food and drink for comfort, gaining 20 pounds in 6 months time....i am SO afraid of hitting that 264 number again, i have to get a grip and stop it right now. It's time...enough...i am strong and i can do this. My first goal is to lose the 20 pounds i gained and the next is to get under 200...199, once that happens i will set new goals. Seeing as i need to break bad habits, sugar addiction for one, i have decided to do a round of Whole30, time to push the reset button and go from there. I started on March 6th and will have completed my 30 days on April 4th...i've joined this site to help keep me honest and for support and inspiration. wish me luck!
