Constipation continues to make my weight vary greatly. Yesterday I weighed 216 and today I weigh 214, that is due to relief from constipation. My normal bowel cycle is only 1-2 times a week, thus the wide gaps in weight change.

Vitafusion gummy cubes help a lot even though they have calories.
97.2 kg Lost so far: 4.0 kg.    Still to go: 29.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

try align probiotics. most grocery store/pharmacies carry a less expensive generic brand. take on pill each day. my gastroenterologist recommended it to me and it has solved my problems. i also cut out gluten which made a huge positive improvement.
