I didn't have scale until today and I was shocked to see how much I really weighed... I feel really bad, but I will not let that get me down or get in my way of losing my weight.
78.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
