tough week. Gym was closed for remodeling and even though I walked and did yoga, I was thrown a little. Also, not enough water. Will buckle down for Operation weekend Watch. Also day 23 of lent so no Diet Coke. I have discovered Izze, a tasty carbonated water (but I still miss my vice :)
61.3 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
