It's a change so I have to record it. I am not best pleased as it's a change in the wrong direction.
That said, if the LCHF dietary theories are right, it is perfectly understandable as I have changed my diet in terms of net carbs and fructose from fruit. Also - it's only a small blip it's easily within a daily fluctuation range, as long as it doesn't become established as hard weight gain I am happy.
I have to shift a tonne of wood pellets today so will get some exercise in. 100 x 10 kilo bags, into the car as a 20 bag load, and out onto the stack. So by the time I have finished I will have lifted 2 tonnes today. Surely that will help...... Oh that we lived in a place they could drive the pallet down and tip it with the forklift. I don't mind as long as the rain isn't driving too hard.

That's neither here nor there, one day to the next. As long, as you say, it's not a trend.

No worries, just keep at it. Lifting all those bags of pellets will burn some calories!

If they ever arrive - were supposed to be here at 1.30. It's now gone 5 and no sign... It was nice earlier too, now the rain has set in.... Hey ho.
