I have been taking sugar free Vitafusion fiber gummies to help with the regularity issues. My weight fluctuates aberrantly because of the problems with constipation. I have had trouble with constipation my entire life.

My regularity remedy is going to be the fiber gummies, a lot more vegetables, somewhat more fruit and much more water. I love fruit, but I have to manage the fruit intake because fruit is so high in sugar and calories. Vegetables and water are the necessary "healthy lifestyle" choice.

97.6 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 29.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
