The scale went down. Feels good. While I'm not increasing my physical exercise, I am using my Fitbit for my steps, eating healthier breakfasts with cereal, yogurts and fresh/frozen fruits.If I can even make my breakfast choices a healthier habit, it's a lifestyle change for me. Then maybe I conquer learning habits one tiny step at a time.
Shoveled snow for 25 minutes this morning. I'm counting that for physical exercise. :-)
