Working on bringing breakfast to work. No more Breakfast Burritos and Hashbrowns from McDonald's. Starting to bring daily dry cereal and frozen fruit with a yogurt container for most days. Cashew Chicken Salad from home with low fat mozzarella cheese/feta. Working out the dressing options yet. Snacking on Fruits and Cheese.
132.4 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week

Yeah!! I truly believe in the power of breakfast...now a days I have 100 calorie yogurt...I bring in a 4 pack to last 1-2 days...low calorie, low sugar...great protein and helps with gut bacteria!!
