Heading on vacation to Florida and Disney tomorrow. We are super excited! I will be taking the advice to add in a spike day or two and generally maintaining my LCHF WOE. I do not plan to be as strict with myself as normal. Usually I stay under 10 net carbs a day. So I have a lot of wiggle room and still stay in ketosis. I feel uneasy about the spike days as I haven't veered off course and worry about feeling like crap. The thought of 150 carbs seems overwhelming hahahahahaha. Any who wish me luck! Also wish me not too many lbs gained on the flip side!

Oh, have a pleasant vacation. Spike day doesn't have to feel like crap...go from 10 net carbs tp like 50 or 60 net carbs should be OK. Or just throw caution to the wind and have a couple treats!

Have a wonderful time. I was there on Christmas Day, because it was on my husband's bucket list. Disney World is truly magical! I hope you will have time to enjoy the Magic Kingdom at night, especially Cinderella's castle...
