I have been pretty shonky on keeping my food diary up to date the last couple of weeks and my choices have not always been the best but I am exercising like an athlete and my poor choices are much better than they used to be both in quantity and quality. I had a 5 hour commute yesterday for a work meeting, I took knitting even though it was hot and managed not to eat any of the catering then last night at 8pm I decided I needed a chocolate ice cream with cream and frozen berries, way to go me! I hope everyone is winning their own battles I'm off to slay some dragons xx
