so the weight is finally coming off. I am starting my 90 core/pilates class at my gym, In 2 weeks BJJ and 20 week training course for a half marathon.
140.6 kg Lost so far: 34.5 kg.    Still to go: 50.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.3 kg a Week
