Down to 158.4 as my morning weight! (After dinner weight should be 160) but i just had to get this one down on paper! Doing great, had leg cramp early this morning. Better start taking my multi vitamin regularly and drink more water instead of coffee. Chicken broth is supposed to help, going to pick some up and make chicken & garden vegetable soup.
