Up only 1 after a difficult week. I started working out this week and my muscles have felt it every day. I've been trying to push extra water and make sure I'm getting protein to help and I think that's worked. I was worried I'd have more of a gain after 2 days of forced socializing and no food choices of work meetings + compulsory fun. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this weigh-in!
105.6 kg Lost so far: 25.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
