I feel like I am having progress. Half to 1 pound a day is okay in my book. I feel a lot better. I have more energy. I can't believe that I can feel lighter and still be 300 lbs. I am hoping and praying tomorrow will be my day to be back in the 200's I want out of the 300's forever!
