6 more pounds and I hit my first goal weight!!! That would be to hit 200 pounds, and I've not been below 200 pounds for a good 15 years. I swear I'll lock myself in a sauna for 12 hours the last day of the month and sweat out the last pound if I have to! It's totally doable to lose 6 pounds in 20 days. I need to stay committed and focused...Although, I also don't want to get down on myself if I weight say 201 on the last day of the month. isn't it important to celebrate our wins? But, yeah, I really, really want it.
