Started my work out with Hector on 10/4/11.

Yesterday I worked a trade show and ate a bunch of junk including a large chocolate chip cookie and a cheeseburger. So today my stomach is not feeling that well. That is why I am not eating as much today as I normally do.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
