As you can see diet was delayed. In my household it is pretty hard to diet with all the baking and cooking that surrounds me. I am determined to get on with my diet and will do my best to resist temptations
102.5 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 34.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Do you plan to quit baking or cooking? if not, how do you plan to address this obstacle?

I am not the one doing the baking and cooking, my spouse is.

Best way to address it is not to share meals and to resist the baked goods. ;)
