I appear to be fluctuating in the upper 180s...but that is to be expected when you give in to the comfort food/sweets cravings. Back on track but then again it is the weekend and that is when I have typically been allowing myself the yummy extras.
I think the weight is rearranging itself though because everyone seems to think I am still losing when I am really not.
Short term goal...lose enough to fit into a turn of the century Victorian type outfit for Halloween! For that I must maintain my good eating habits on the weekends as well as during the week!
