yeah it's Friday. :) that statement makes me a very happy girl. well I have kept my promise to myself and weighed in. I have had a few slips this week especially in the wee hours of the morning. I have every intention in the world to not sit an nosh with reckless aband when I get home at night. but it appears to be a habit that is much harder to beat then I had originally anticipated. however I am confident that if and when I can ever get this under control I will drop more weight. plus the ultimate end goal will be to keep it off. I hope that everyone had a happy, healthy and safe weekend. :)
