Heading in the right direction! Many sacrifices (esp diet which is very hard for me to do since I love food) but seeing results certainly makes it worthwhile.
91.9 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
