I did really good all week but then had a seminar Fri-Sun with all meals and snacks provided. Made some less than idea choices so happy still down a pound.
75.1 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week

Thanks for the encouragement in your comment. Dieting or Lifestyle changing has its ups and downs but with perseverance it really does make a difference. A few questionable food choices dont have to derail you. Each day is a new opportunity to prove to yourself that you can do it! Keep on keeping on!
