Morning exercise: Yoga 30 minutes.
My weight has really gone up.
Before vacation I am going to try and whip myself back into shape. I know since the move I have really been slacking off but now it is salads for lunch everyday and working out like I should.
I was also going to do the walk away the pounds but I need batteries for my remote or else I can't select a routine to do.
I will get batteries and do three miles the next few days to make up for today.
Just a few months ago I was kicking butt everyday and I feel like such a slacker not getting in a workout everyday and also not doing at least an hour everyday. There was a point when I was doing an hour and a half to two hours everyday!!
Got to get back there and lose at least five pounds if not ten!! Who's with me?!?!

Don't Be to hard on yourself, the important thing is your taking the steps you need. Don't get discouraged if you can't get a whole hour of working out, cause tomorrow is another day! Keep up the good work and Never Give Up! You can do it!
