I worked out on the elliptical stepper for 45 minutes this morning. I didn't push real hard; 475 calories. I have one week before I have another business trip and I need to make the most of it. On business trips it's difficult for me to stay on the diet and exercise. I'm a bit better on the exercise component, but I need better strategies for staying on the diet plan.
