I'm weighing in each Monday, I found that my outlook is a lot more positive if I'm not looking at numbers every day. (Day to day my weight varies with hydration, but even knowing that I'll get all freaked out about any gain.) About this current weigh-in, it is an insane loss in one week, 6.2lbs, which isn't at all realistic. I know from the past that's how it works for me, my first step away from a multi-thousand-calorie-per-day sugar based diet (I'm a binger) creates big losses but it settles down a few weeks in. My goal is just about a pound a week, it will come back to that for the long haul. Also I've had a bad cold this week, I'm sure I'm losing a lot of fluids. Anywaze, I'll take it.
