I had an excellent week. Watch what portions of food I was eating. Going for walks everyday. Even went twice yesterday. Doing squats before bedtime. Eating more healthy foods like salads, fruits. Feeling good.
146.6 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
