More water weight, I'm still not exercising at all, but I'll take what I can get at this point. Not feeling well doesn't lend itself to a regular exercise regime, but I'm trying hard to keep moving even if it's just walking back and forth from the kitchen to the bedroom.

Didn't fall asleep til 5 am, which is also another challenge, since I'm not on the same "day" schedule as everyone else, but I just skootch the times to coincide with what a regular day is and it seems to work well. So, the banana I had this morning was actually at noon. Still drinking lots of water, which is a plus for me.
117.0 kg Lost so far: 17.8 kg.    Still to go: 26.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
