last night i couldn't sleep.. i stayed up after eating very healthy all day, i had 2/3 cup oatmeal, quest bar and 1 cup of kashi and a lean turkey veggie and bean mexican lasagna for dinner. and baked apples for dessert. i had more kashi later in the evening was dissapointed i ate it, thank goodness i didn't have any junk in the house. not sure why i had such bad insomnia happy with weigh in yestserday i did the stairs for 20 min with 6 lb weights and 1 hour core power fusion class in the afternoon when brit got home
