Yum Yum, yesterday Imade fish tacos out of my Pan Seared Tilapia! WOW defintely a keeper! High High in protein, low in fat, added veggies. So good. Feeling freat today. Yay me. Am I back on track? If I get my exercise in today, that would be a YES!
