Had a major diarrhea event(s)early this morning which I think is from the Chinese food that I had last night. However, it evidently helped with my weigh in as the two bike rides also did yesterday. After that huge buffet run yesterday, pics in yesterday's journal entry, shockingly I did not go up in weight this morning!

EDIT: Meals.
Breakfast- 2 servings steelcut oats(3 minute version)with honey and raisins plus a cup of milk.
Sugar was at 120 before breakfast, likely due to bunch of coffee and honey drank.
After 1 hour and after exercising on the bike for 28 minutes, 5.6 miles and 205 calories burned, my sugar was 174! Who knows how high it would have spiked if I hadn't ridden the bike? Don't believe the conventional wisdom about certain foods if you are pre or fullblown diabetic, eat to your meter!
Lunch was a small chili from Wendys.
Dinner was a fish taco and a small serving of rice from Alberto drivethru.
Finished off before bedtime with a spoon of peanut butter and a half glass of milk.
