yesterday.....yesterday....was a worse day than most days. it was bad....I'm actually ashamed. I feel disgusting today...

I've had days like that and sure I will again. Just remember how far you've come. Yesterday's a done deal, but today is and open book and can be whatever you make of it. Make it a good one!

I ate sooo much on Thanksgiving I felt HORRIBLE! Took me 2 days to feel "ok". I am trying to hang on to that memory/feeling to keep me on track thru the holidays. Live and LEARN...
