whew! I'm so glad the needle on the scale moved. Yesterday was tough. I needed the encouragement of that to stay strong. I have a good deal to do today so I'll burn more carbs. :) I'm adding pumpkin spice to my low carb pancake recipe. hope it works.
70.1 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
