I have scored a 3 pound loss this week in spite of having been camping through most of it. We don't eat low cal stuff, though it isn't bad, either. I do tend to graze a bunch, though.
I had a mini binge 1 week ago, but over all it was nothing like I used to have. My intention was to eat a whole bunch of anything I wanted. All of it. I bought some things to get started but suddenly in the middle I realized that I didn't want or need more. So, I got up and threw away the rest of what I had bought. I guess that I have learned that missteps whether deliberate or accidental do not have to take us over. I had this couple of hours of bingeing yet that does not destroy all I have accomplished. It doesn't have to turn into a longer or bigger binge, either. It only has the power over me that I give it. That has given me tremendous freedom to succeed.
