Well I've put on weight BUT I've been hitting the gym a lot and my size 10 clothes are still fitting so I think it's just muscle!
That's not a cop out either I'm being serious :-P
61.7 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
