Bit lacking on the Exercise front the last wee - oh and I ate half a family sized Stollen!! At least the weight stayed the same!! :) Feel like I dodged a fat coated bullet !!
73.9 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
