this is why I love weekend weigh ins. weighed in today at 11am after bodily functions kicked in.
pretty big difference to my 6am weigh ins.
yesterday I did my 2nd 25hr fast this week. today I'm aiming for 18-22. I'm loving the feeling of liberation from food. even after the 24 hrs I could have gone on.
