Day 9 no alcohol Day 4 No caffeine - started drinking warm lemon waters (lots of benefits from it - Only warm though not boiling hot which is disappointing) Day 1 No bread
Gym yesterday and no gain - which is great news - usually a gain after I go. And lots of water weight as well - fully hydrated.
