Ok, the loss is minimal, about the same as a steak, but hey - a loss is a loss and i'm happy with that :)
im going great with my 22:2 eating windows, i find it gives me so much more food freedom. since its limited within such a short eating period i can be more controlled but at the same time feel like i get to eat more. either way, its working for me and i'm happy with it.
