Have been having a bad week. Trying to stay focus. Trying in God for help with my weight loss. I really need to lose weight and I don't want to get discouraged so I will keep praying. Starting today with Garcinia Cambogia, Konjac Root and a 1000 daily calorie intake . Gonna see how that works for me. I will keep you all posted. I don't seem to have a problem getting with weight off I just have a problem keeping it off. Keep me in your prayers.

If your health allows, I would try the LCHF diet. That diet has really worked for me. It might be worth a shot for you. Good luck! :)
