This morning was a very disappointing weigh in.
I've had so many little victories - and saturday I saw my weight fall to 53.6 - so this bites. I am hitting the mid point of my lady cycle so that could also be coming into play - pms has been hitting hard lately. But my eating has been pretty clean, fasting has been fine, so not sure where else to go now.
For some reason I just cannot seem to slip back into the 52 zone where I was.
