Can't grumble at another pound off, even if it is a little less than my target weekly loss of 1.5lbs. I suppose I did lose 3lbs last week... However, the great thing is that I've now lost just over 1.5 stone in total in just 10 weeks! Also, I'm still on target to reach goal in time for my son's second birthday, which is the main thing!!
