Grr despite dropping my calories!
I have been eating nearer 1400 than 1300 on some days , but well under the original 'slow loss' estimate of 1600. Tempted to just fast for a week (kidding).
I think it's getting harder to lose as according to all the
BMI charts I'm in the normal range, right in the middle now.(BMI 21.9 ) I would rather be nearer the under weight end (not actually underweight obviously) I'd like a BMI of 19.7 ish.
I am not keen to eat 'differently' while dieting (in the sense of weird foods or products that I wouldn't eat if I wasn't dieting) so I'm stuck with making healthier choices and eating less. Both of which things suck - easy to do, they just suck :-)
I will ignore calories etc altogether when I go on holiday too, and at Christmas. I guess really I'm at an odd stage of being an OK weight but wanting something different. Tempted to reset my target (again!) to refect how well i've done, but to show a blue line. I have done what I set out to do afterall.
I think I'm feeling a bit 'meh' today. Some work stuff hasn't helped my mood either. I need a boost (not the chocolate bar! a boost to my dieting thinking!)
