Went up a pound which I expected after I had this tasty Monday special at Alberto's- cheese quesadilla along with rice and beans.
Going out to Palm Springs for the public hearing on 3 proposed new National Monuments in the socal desert. Hope to get there in time to speak my piece in front of the senior California senator and some administration officials. I am for the monument creation.
No time for exercise but I am having to take the time before I start the 2 hour drive doing some last minute research.
