I am trying to not obsessively count my calories, as that just seems to make me hungrier. I'm just trying to make sensible choices, drink more water, and stop eating when I'm full. I am also not drinking alcohol during the week and I think that is helping immensely (hahahaha!). This week is the female week of bloated doom, so next week I am sure to be a couple of water pounds lighter and at least be back in the 130's. Weighing myself every other day and trying to keep healthy :)
