Good to've gone down again. I've been eating 3 meals a day, & that definitely helps me feel satisfied, with a couple of small & healthy snacks during the day if I feel like I need them. I was going to go outside for a walk today, but it's blustery & quite chilly due to the wind & I'm sniffling & sneezing a bit. So better not risk making a cold worse, if that's what I have. I might still go out later if my sniffling & sneezing stops - sometimes I get them just in the morning. I love a walk in the wind, but I don't want to risk getting a cold or ill in any other way. I did exercise earlier today, & so it's not as if I've done nothing today. :)
