I'm doing alot better but nature stopped me from running yesterday but tonite I'm looking forward to it.

Break fast: one biscuit with strawberry jelly, 2 turkey sauges, vegie scrambled and a 1/2 glass of grapfruit juice.

Lunch: slimfast drink and a biscuit

Snack: Celery and peanut Butter, Shredded Carrot

Dinner: half of Hen(baked), 1/4 cup of Brown Rice, zuchnii and Squash sautated with onions and water.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week
